What is your student-teacher ratio?
To best facilitate student learning, we have a 10:1 student-teacher ratio.
 

My child missed a class, can I receive a refund or do a makeup?
Our small class sizes do not allow us the resources to offer refunds and our schedule does not have space available to offer makeup classes. We will give the student whatever resources that can be reasonably be shared.
 

What supplies will my child need for the classes?
Students will receive a supply list before the class starts.
 

I just discovered your classes, can my child join a class that is already in session?
We would love your child to join us for the remaining classes if there is space available and we will prorate the class cost.
 

What is your refund policy?
Due to our small class sizes, cancellations must be made 2 weeks before the start of the class to receive a refund and to allow us time to fill your child's spot in the class.
 

Do you offer group classes not listed on your website?
Yes we can offer a wide variety of hands-on for your group. Group classes can be arranged for groups with a minimum of 5 students.
