What is your student-teacher ratio?
To ensure personalized attention and support, we maintain a maximum student-teacher ratio of 10:1. This allows us to create an engaging learning environment where each student can thrive.

What supplies will my child need for the classes?
Students will receive a supply list prior to the start of class. Most materials will be simple and easy to gather—such as a notebook, pencils or pens, and any class-specific items. We’ll make sure you have plenty of time to prepare!

I just discovered your classes, can my child join a class that is already in session?
We would love your child to join us for the remaining classes if there is space available and we will prorate the class cost.
 

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our classes are kept small to ensure personalized attention and a high-quality experience for every student. Because space is limited and your child’s spot is reserved upon enrollment, all deposits are non-refundable.

To receive a refund (excluding the deposit), cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the class start date. This notice allows us time to offer the spot to another student. We appreciate your understanding and commitment when registering for our programs.

Missed Classes
We understand that absences may occur from time to time. However, due to our small class sizes and limited schedule, we are unable to offer refunds or makeup classes for missed sessions. To help students stay caught up, materials and assignments will be shared in Google Classroom whenever possible. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to our class policies.
 

Do you offer group classes not listed on your website?
Yes we can offer a wide variety of hands-on for your group. Group classes can be arranged for groups with a minimum of 5 students.
